Welcome to the Jeremy A. Henry Author Office Support Center.
This area is for reader-facing support involving JeremyAHenry.com, its public pages, newsletters, books and project information, Aaliyah — Jeremy’s Personal Online Assistant, and other public-facing website services.
For the fastest assistance, review the Help & FAQ first. If your issue is not resolved, submit a Support Ticket using the button below.
For reader, website, newsletter, navigation, accessibility, or other public-facing support, submit a ticket below.
The Author Office Support system can assist with issues such as:
Website pages that are not loading or displaying correctly
Broken or incorrect links
Newsletter or subscription problems
Difficulty locating book or project information
Problems using Aaliyah or the 24/7 AI Live Chat
Mobile, browser, or display problems
Accessibility concerns
Website navigation questions
Other legitimate reader-facing support issues
If you are unsure whether your issue belongs here, you may still submit a Support Ticket and the request will be reviewed.
For your security, never include:
Passwords
Login credentials
One-time security codes
Banking or payment information
Identification documents
Private account credentials
Other sensitive personal or account information
The Author Office will never require your password or security code to investigate a public website support issue.
When your Support Ticket is successfully submitted:
Your request is recorded in the Author Office Support Ticket system.
A unique Support Ticket ID is assigned to your request.
An automated acknowledgment is sent to the contact email address you provided.
The acknowledgment includes your Support Ticket ID and a copy of the information you submitted.
Your request is reviewed by the Author Office.
If additional information is needed, you may be contacted using the email address associated with your ticket.
Please keep your Support Ticket ID available if you need to refer to the request later.
Submitting a ticket does not guarantee that every reported issue will require a response. Some reports may be resolved without additional communication.
If you receive a Support Ticket acknowledgment for a request you did not make, reply to the acknowledgment and state that you did not authorize the submission.
Please include the Support Ticket ID shown in the message.
The Author Office can then flag the request for review and prevent it from being treated as an authorized support request.
We appreciate visitors who take the time to report legitimate problems, broken links, incorrect information, or other issues that help improve the website.
Reports are reviewed to determine whether the reported issue can be reproduced and whether corrective action is needed.
Please use the Support Ticket system rather than sending technical reports through professional, media, or business inquiry channels.
The Support Ticket system is intended for reader-facing and website-related assistance.
It is not intended for:
Sales pitches
Marketing or SEO proposals
Vendor solicitations
Employment requests
Business-development outreach
Professional service offers
Media requests
Podcast invitations
Book signing or event requests
Partnership or collaboration proposals
Those requests should be submitted through the Media / Business / Professional Inquiries process.

Aaliyah cannot provide private business information, account access, internal operational information, or executive-level decisions.
